Canmore Wedding Coordination- Our Wedding Coordinator will help you create a wedding day that you and your guests will enjoy and remember for many years to come. We will provide you with not only the pre wedding planning but with full coordination on the wedding day.

Personal Decor Set up & Tear Down - Friends & family can breathe easy! Elegant Banff Occasions will set out your personal decor in a professional & efficient manner. At the end of the evening we will ensure everything is neatly packed & ready for you to pick up the following day.

Marriage Commissioner - One of our finest Marriage Commissioners will officiate at your ceremony and guide you through your marriage vows.

Marriage Licence - We will provide the forms for your Marriage licence Application and submit them for you. The Bride & Groom are required to appear in person at the Banff Registry Bureau prior to the wedding day to obtain the formal documents.

Formal Rehearsal - Our Wedding Coordinator will arrange a formal rehearsal with a Marriage Commissioner (based on availability) so that we may meet your wedding party. We will organize the processional & recessional so you can walk down the aisle in style & with confidence.

Ceremony Musician - Imagine walking down the aisle to the soothing and romantic sounds of the Celtic Harp or even a cello. We provide a solo musician for your ceremony, they will arrive for the prelude, provide processional selections as well as the processional.

Photographer - Our local photographers know where to find the best scenic locations. We will provide you with a choice of local photographers & packages based on your personal taste. Upgrade or downgrades available.

Bridal Party Flowers - The Bride will have a choice of flowers to ensure the bouquets reflect her style & taste (includes 2 Bridesmaids bouquets). The Groom & 2 Groomsmen will receive coordinating boutonnieres. Upgrades are available for more exotic flowers.

Wedding Cake - Enjoy a sumptuous 2 tier wedding cake finished in elegant fondant icing, fresh flowers & monogram. We will provide matching flowers & greenery to decorate. Includes a keepsake cake lifter & knife set.
