Pre planning and Coordination Service: This service is for the couple who need assistance with most aspects of their wedding such as supplier bookings & management of those suppliers, venue sourcing etc. As most of our clients are not from our area we assist with sourcing out the best stationary company in their home town, the most reputable Bridal shop, providing you with guest travel and area information for your web site etc. We provide you with support every step of the way. You will work directly with our Banff & Lake Louise Wedding Planner throughout the planning process.

Partial Planning & Coordination: All suppliers and venues have been booked and you wish to continue as the direct contact for each supplier and your venues. With our local expertise we will assist you with design concepts, to transportation logistics, rehearsal & wedding day coordination to ensure you are still the "Lead Planner" of your wedding but have the local insight for a seamless day.

Month of the Wedding Coordination: Suitable for the couples who wish to plan all aspects of their wedding. We will provide you with our confidential preferred supplier list so that you can hire with confidence. The month prior to your wedding our Banff & Lake Louise Wedding Planner will review the arrangements you have made with each supplier, help create an itinerary with you and carry out your specific instructions.

SUGGESTED ADDITION: As Elegant Banff Occasions goal on the wedding day is to provide seamless service; we highly recommend for larger weddings with rental items such as rental decor set up & tear down you add on a set up & tear down crew. A quote will be provided based on the merits of the set up & labour needed.
