Full Planning services for Banff Weddings & Lake Louise Weddings - this is our exclusive full planning and coordination service for couples who require assistance with most aspects of their wedding. Inclusive of; pre planning on an "as needed" basis, venue sourcing & booking, supplier bookings & management, event design, linen and decor consultation, catering and beverage selections, rehearsal, additional wedding day coordinators, accommodation alternatives and logistics. From beginning to end, your Lead Wedding Planner will ensure every detail of our couples special day reflect their vision and personality. By engaging directly with your personal Banff or Lake Louise Wedding Planner, we provide you with support every step of the way throughout the planning process.

MONTH OF COORDINATION: Limited availability for summer 2012

Our Month of Coordination service is a great fit for the couples who wish to plan all aspects of their wedding and have a professional Wedding Coordinator review their bookings, assist with their itinerary & orchestrate their rehearsal & wedding day. We will provide you with our preferred supplier list so that you can hire with confidence. The month prior to your wedding our Wedding Coordinator will review the arrangements you have made with each supplier, help create an itinerary with you and carry out your specific instructions. We staff your wedding day based on guest count, number of locations that require coverage, if you have any "do it yourself" assembly and of course the amount of time we have to complete your room set up.

SUGGESTED ADDITIONS

At Elegant Banff Weddings, our goal on your wedding day is to provide seamless service; we highly recommend for weddings with rentals such as linen and decor items to be set up by our attention to detail production team (included with our FULL PLANNING services). A quote will be provided based on the merits of the logistics, set up, tear down & labour required.
